Join a cohort of spring cleaners and learn a repeatable, annual system of detoxifying and lightening the whole system. This meeting will provide an understanding of the process and published materials to guide your way through the program with daily instructions.

• 23rd March - 12th April - Course timeline

• Wednesdays 6-8pm - Meetings for instruction and further education

• Saturday 12th April 8am - Final meeting

Necessary tools and supplies for participation in the cleanse will be delivered to your home. Additional materials including readings and videos will be provided for your support.
